According to a 2009 Statistics Canada survey, over 75 percent of Canadians age 16 and older use the Internet at least once a day.

The Internet is becoming more than the 'yellow pages' of the twenty-first century, and a website is not just an advertisement.  A web presence can be the first line of communication between you and your customer, providing extensive information about your products and services.  Not only that, it is open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week! When you consider the cost of other forms of advertising. a good website can be very cost-effective.

Website packages can cost from hundreds to thousands, and can contain as little or as much information as you feel your clients and potential clients may need.  A few things to consider when shopping for web services are how much you are prepared to spend, and how familiar the designer is with your area of business. Will your web site communicate the right information for your target audience? Another important thing to keep in mind when deciding on a design is that your website should be about you and your business, not the artistic tastes of the web designer.
